These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services and all related products and services provided by Avrin.io, LLC (“Avrin.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, platform, services, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use Avrin.io’s Services or to opt in to SMS communications. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are 18 years of age or older.

You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Avrin.io does not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

2. SMS Disclosure & Use Cases

By opting into Avrin.io’s SMS services, you provide express consent to receive text messages for the following SMS use cases:

Service Notifications: Updates regarding your subscription or platform status.

Appointment Reminders: Alerts for scheduled consultations or bookings.

Account Updates: Notifications regarding billing, security, or profile changes.

Marketing & Promotions: Special offers, new feature announcements, and remarketing.

Authentication: Multi-factor authentication or security verification codes.

3. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your specific mobile benefits plan. Please contact your wireless provider for queries about your text plan or data plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To Re-join: You can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally (e.g., website forms or booking pages).

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (such as T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Avrin.io does not guarantee SMS delivery, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

6. Messaging Consent

You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages. Consent may be provided through website forms, booking pages, or written agreements. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

8. Subscription Plans & Billing

Avrin.io offers a $297/month Plan which includes a fully built website, platform access, business phone number, CRM, and automation tools. Subscriptions are available month-to-month or via a prepaid 3-month commitment.

9. Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)

In addition to subscription fees, clients incur usage-based charges for phone numbers and messaging segments:

SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment.

MMS (US/Canada): $0.01–$0.02 per message.

Wallet: Clients maintain a digital wallet balance; automatic top-ups occur when funds are low.

10. No Refund & Chargeback Policy

Non-Refundable: All payments, including subscription fees and usage-based charges, are final.

Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Filing a chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in recovery actions.

11. Cancellation & Suspension

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Payment Failure: If a payment fails, access may be suspended within 48 hours of the first failed attempt.

12. Compliance With Laws

You agree to use Avrin.io’s Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements.

13. Changes to Terms

Avrin.io reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
